How do you handle cleaning around weekend services?
We schedule around your programming, not the other way around. Most clients prefer cleaning on Monday and Tuesday following Sunday services, with a second visit mid-week if the fellowship hall needs it. Saturday morning early visits (before 8am) are available for churches that need the sanctuary ready by mid-morning. We work this out during the walkthrough.
Do you clean older buildings with historic finishes?
Yes. Several churches in the Hastings area and in nearby communities like Nininger and Denmark Township have older wood floors, plaster walls, and historic woodwork. We note surface types during the walkthrough and use products appropriate for the materials — no ammonia on wood finishes, no abrasive compounds on soft stone, no solvent-based products near polished historic surfaces.
Can we have the same crew every visit?
Yes. We assign a consistent crew to each facility. The same team returns each visit. We do not pull from a rotating pool.
What happens if something is missed during a cleaning?
Call or email us. We'll address it at the next scheduled visit or, if it's significant, arrange a correction visit. We document every missed-item report and use them to update the crew checklist. If the same item is missed repeatedly, we review the scope and adjust the time allocation.
Are you licensed and insured?
We carry general liability insurance and bonding appropriate for commercial cleaning operations. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. Do you provide cleaning documentation for licensed nurseries?
Yes. If your church nursery holds a Minnesota DHS license or is subject to inspection, we provide a written cleaning log per visit documenting what was cleaned, what products were used, and the EPA registration numbers for disinfectants. Ask for this when you request a quote.
What is your response time for quote requests?
One business day. Submissions received before 5:00pm Monday through Friday are answered the same day when possible, next day otherwise. Submissions received after 5:00pm Friday are answered Monday morning.
